- Contract
- An independent contractor relationship will be created between the client and Traffikare but doesn’t own any partnership or joint venture by either party.
- A date of commencement of the services will be agreed between the parties (client and traffikare) and services charge will be applicable according to the commencement date.
- Any person/ party or separate organization shall not have any rights for the project or services who isn’t the part of the contract.
- Payment
- Clients availing monthly services packages with Traffikare are bound to pay full amount prior the work start on the date of commencement.
- Clients and Traffikare agreeing on the separate services are liable to pay 50% of the bill amount in advance on a fixed quote. The remaining 50% shall be paid within the 7 days after the project is closed.
- Traffikare is permitted to raise invoice for clients in advance.
- Traffikare is permitted to terminate the services immediately in case of no payment paid for monthly services package by clients.
